Greetings from the students, faculty, and staff of the John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences at the University of North Dakota! We are launching a year-long celebration to mark the 50th year of aviation at UND! You and your associates are invited to our party!
Fifty years ago in the spring semester of 1968, John Odegard taught the first two sections of a private pilot course in the College of Business Gamble Hall. Those two classes launches a collegiate aviation program that has become a world leader in aerospace education and research. This distinction would not have been possible if not for the dedication, sacrifice, and success of our students and graduates.
However, this success has also been possible because of the tremendous support of our industry partners and friends. We sincerely thank you for your past support and are asking you to consider continuing your generosity as a sponsor of the 50th celebration.
To the right is a sponsor sheet for your review. Again, you are invited to our party! Thank you for your supporting the Odegard School and the Aviation Department! We look forward to your continued support for the next 50 years!
