FAA:
- Support the work of the Aviation Safety Information Analysis and Sharing program, primarily focusing on accidents, incidents and air carrier FOQA and ASAP work.
- Represent ASA-100 in CAST and JIMDAT activities.

ALPA:
- Investigate air carrier accidents and incidents. (Accident list available)
- Develop, implement and manage an advanced accident investigation training course for ALPA at UND, government and industry accident investigators
- Work with flight data recorders (FDR) and cockpit voice recorders (CVR) during investigations. I also perform analysis and build animations using this data.
- Represent ALPA on various government and industry groups including the Joint Implementation Measurement and Data Analysis Team (JIMDAT) of the Commercial Aviation Safety Team (CAST) and serve as IFALP alternate on CAST, Global Aviation Information Network (GAIN), serve as industry co-chair for the CAST and ICAO Common Taxonomy Team, JPDO Safety IPT, Aging Transport System Rulemaking Advisory Committee (ATSRAC), Post 9/11 Rapid Response Teams (RRTs) developing standards for flight doors and aircraft/cabin surveillance systems and participate on the RMAP Aviation Security activity.

United Airlines:
- Data analyst on United’s flight data recorder (FDR) and Flight Operation Quality Assurance (FOQA) data.
- I also performed field analysis at United’s Maintenance Operations Center (MOC) in San Francisco, CA, Training Center (TK) in Denver, CO, and at Washington Dulles, International Airport (IAD) at Dulles, VA.
