Air Race Classic 2023
UND Aerospace hosted the start of the 2023 Air Race Classic!
Racers from all over the country began their journey at Grand Forks International Airport (KGFK) with events prior to takeoff on June 20th.

(For Middle-School Aged Students) Explore UND Aerospace through hands-on activities in conjunction with the start of the Air Race Classic! Our ambassadors will guide you through our complex with experiences in our VR Flight Lab, 360-degree tower simulator for air traffic controllers, learn to fly sUAS and so much more! Your students can be dropped off and picked back up.

Soar through downtown Grand Forks and experience a restaurant you haven't been to, shop at a local boutique, and support all the unique places we have here! While exploring downtown we will feature historic pilots throughout and their connection to the Air Race Classic and our region!
