Career Paths

The Department of Aviation has defined career path partnership agreements with several airlines.

These programs are all unique but have some similarities. They all lead to a conditional offer of employment or interview at a regional airline; some lead to a guaranteed interview at a major carrier. They provide an opportunity for students to become familiar with the corporate culture of a given airline and get to know one another before committing to the airline. They all require you to be enrolled and completing or have completed a bachelor’s degree with an aviation major from UND.
